Belz Outlet Mall Updated for 2008, the Belz Mall has been repainted and, in some cases, rearranged to include a brand new Steve and Barry's wing along with other additions on top of already existing outlet favorites like Burlington Brands, KB Toys, Dickies, Black and Decker, Jewelry Outlet and Camp Coleman.
